Where to Find Primary Election Ballot Boxes in Middletown
|
|
|
|
|
Due to the ongoing move and construction occurring at Town Hall, we encourage residents to use the drop off election ballot box located at Croydon Hall (900 Leonardville Road, Leonardo). While there is a drop off box located at the old Town Hall (1 Kings Highway), parking is extremely limited. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we transition to the new building.

Last weekend, five boy scouts from Troop 32 were promoted to Eagle Scouts at an Eagle Scout Court of Honor Ceremony. Mayor Tony Perry was proud to attend the ceremony and personally congratulate the five young men on this accomplishment, as well as present them with certificates on behalf of the Middletown Township Committee.
In order to attain the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, they needed to complete service projects. Please read about their service projects below:
Eagle Scout James C. DeRugeriis, Jr. designed, built, and installed wooden ramps for Middletown High School South's band room.
Eagle Scout Jake Gizzi built and installed an osprey nest near Pews Creek in Port Monmouth.
Eagle Scout Braedon King Johnson enhanced the Thompson Middle School courtyard with garden beds and pollinating plants.
Eagle Scout Thomas Rasa built and installed an osprey nest along the Matawan River.
Eagle Scout Elijah Van Ryck de Groot created three combined trash and recycling storage units for HABcore Inc.
Troop 32 Assistant Scoutmaster and Eagle Scout Kevin Krippa Jr. also received a National Certificate of Merit at the ceremony for performing first aid on one of his peers at college who was experiencing a health emergency.
Congratulations to the five Eagle Scouts and thank you to Assistant Scoutmaster Kevin Krippa Jr. for helping save someone's life!

Earlier this week, the Middletown Eagles Youth Cheerleaders (ages 6-14) performed a "Thank You" cheer for Mayor Tony Perry inside the courtroom of the new Town Hall as a token of appreciation for leading our town.
Mayor Perry then gave them a tour of the new Town Hall, where they were able to sit at the dais in the courtroom and learn about local history, ask questions about Middletown in the Mayor's Conference Room, and take pictures at the mayor's desk in the Mayor's Office!
Thank you to the Middletown Eagles Youth Cheer Team for bringing so much cheer to our new Town Hall!
