February 10, 2025 Technical Information SessionCampbell's Junction Information Session February 10Middletown Township held a technical information session for owners of property within the Campbell's Junction Redevelopment Study Area on Monday, February 10th at 7:00 PM in the Training Room at Town Hall (1 Kings Highway). The purpose of this information session was to explain the process of a Redevelopment Investigation as per the Local Redevelopment and Housing Law. The purpose of the Redevelopment Study is to assess whether properties in the Study Area meet statutory criteria for designation as an area in need of redevelopment for non-condemnation purposes. This is an important tool that can be used to stimulate neighborhood improvements within a designated area.

After the study is complete, it will be presented at a Planning Board hearing for adoption. Based on the results of the investigation study and Planning Board hearing, it is expected that the Township will conduct broader public outreach for input regarding the vision and needs of Campbell's Junction.
