Free Children's Immunizations - APPOINTMENT REQUIRED2023-06-15T10:00:00The Middletown Township Health Department and Monmouth County are offering free children’s immunizations on the third Thursday of each month. Participants must meet the following requirements to make an appointment: patients must be between the ages of birth to 18 years old; patients need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian; patients should either have no health insurance or only be on the NJ Family Care Plan A; and patients are required to bring their immunization records. Appointments are required and can be scheduled by calling 732-431-7456.
