Zoning

A development permit application granting zoning approval is required prior to obtaining construction permits. Prior to constructing additions, garages, sheds, pools or other accessory structures, homeowners may contact the Zoning Officer to review specific zone requirements and application procedures; however, most information is also available online.  

Any structure over 500 square feet will require a grading plan approval from the Township Engineer’s Office. Grading plans must be prepared by a licensed civil engineer – please contact the Township Engineer’s Office for more information related to the grading plan review process.
