The Middletown Planning & Community Development Department is holding this public hearing to invite public comment and input on the proposed expenditures of the Community Development Block Grant Coronavirus Aid Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act allocation. The Township has prepared a draft substantial amendment to the FY2019 Annual Action Plan outlining proposed expenditures of the Community Development Block Grant Coronavirus (CDBG-CV) supplemental funds. Middletown Township’s proposed CDBG-CV amendment includes the following activity: Tutoring Program/Project 19.01 for $137,104. The proposed CDBG-CV amendment will be available for review and comment until March 18, 2023. Any concerned Township citizen may comment upon said proposed amendment at this meeting or in writing to the Planning & Community Development Department until March 18, 2023.

Middletown and Monmouth County Health Departments, in coordination with the NJDOH, are offering an immunization review workshop for childcare providers in the Bayshore area.
