Middletown Bank Robbery Under Investigation
On Wednesday, December 28th at approximately 10:40 AM, the Middletown Township Police Department (MTPD) responded to a report of a bank robbery at the Valley National Bank on Rt. 35 in the Kohl’s Plaza. The investigation is being handled by the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office (MCPO), the MTPD, and the Federal Bureau of Investigations' Red Bank Office.

Middletown Police Arrest Group in Shoplifting / Eluding Incident
On Wednesday, December 28th at 3:30 PM, there was a report of a shoplifting at the Verizon store located at 747 Rt. 35. After seeing the suspect car near the Verizon store located in Lincroft, engaging in a brief pursuit, and then getting tips from concerned residents, the MTPD found the three actors involved and arrested them in connection with shoplifting and eluding.

The Middletown Township Health Department is holding a FREE dogs-only rabies clinic on Saturday, January 21st from 9:00 - 10:00 AM at the Croydon Hall Gym Parking Lot (900 Leonardville Road). Animal Control will open an additional session from 10:00 - 10:30 AM if the first session fills up. Registration closes on Thursday, January 19th at 11:45 PM. Click HERE to pre-register. |

Recycle Your Fridge/Freezer with JCP&L and Receive $50

The Department of Public Works & Engineering (DPW) encourages residents to recycle their working fridge or freezer to receive $50 from JCP&L! You can also recycle your air conditioners or dehumidifiers along with your fridge or freezer and earn an additional $25. JCP&L will collect the item and recycle it for you. You can either schedule a pickup online or by calling 1-888-740-8005.
