[ARCHIVED] Middletown Township Committee to Host Workshop Meeting on Monday, 6/6 at New Town Hall

MIDDLETOWN, NJ — The Middletown Township Committee today announced that the Workshop Meeting on Monday, June 6, 2022 at 7:00 PM will be open to the public and made available to view and listen to through Webex Event Center.

The meeting will be taking place in the courtroom at the new Town Hall (1 Kings Highway). Going forward, all Township Committee Meetings will be held there.

Due to the sunsetting of the public health emergency, public comments should be made in person. The meeting will also be made available to watch or listen to by clicking this event link. To call in to the meeting, dial 1-408-418-9388. The event access code is 2343 226 0215 followed by #. Enter 2022 if a passcode is required.  

Prior to the Township Committee Meeting, the event link will be published on the Township’s Facebook page. The recording of the meeting will be aired on the Township’s TV channel (Verizon FiOS Channel 26/Comcast Cable Channel 20) and YouTube channel.

The June 6th meeting agenda provides an opportunity for public comment for the following agenda item. Members of the public may comment only on this topic:

  • 2022-3345 Bond Ordinance Providing An Appropriation Of $300,000 For Construction Of A Portion Of The Cost Of A Dog Park And Dog Park Parking Lot In Tindall Park By And For The Township Of Middletown In The County Of Monmouth, New Jersey And Authorizing The Issuance Of $285,000 In Bonds Or Notes Of The Township For Financing Part Of The Appropriation 
  • 2022-3346 An Ordinance By The Township Committee Amending The Ordinances Of The Township To Repeal And Replace Section 540-527 To Adopt A New Section 540- 527; To Adopt Flood Hazard Maps; To Designate A Floodplain Administrator; And Providing For Severability And An Effective Date
