[ARCHIVED] Middletown Township Committee to Host Workshop Meeting on Monday, 3/7

MIDDLETOWN, NJ — The Middletown Township Committee today announced that the Workshop Meeting on Monday, March 7, 2022 at 7:00 PM will be open to the public and made available to view and listen to through Webex Event Center.

The meeting will be taking place in the courtroom at the current Town Hall (1 Kings Highway). Due to the sunsetting of the public health emergency, public comments should be made in person. The meeting will also be made available to watch or listen to by clicking this event link. To call in to the meeting, dial 1-408-418-9388. The event access code is 2337 036 7497 followed by #. Enter 2022 if a passcode is required. 

Prior to the Township Committee Meeting, the event link will be published on the Township’s Facebook page. The recording of the meeting will be aired on the Township’s TV channel (Verizon FiOS Channel 26/Comcast Cable Channel 20) and YouTube channel.

The March 7th meeting agenda provides an opportunity for public comment for the following agenda items. Members of the public may comment only on these topics:

  • 2022-3332 Ordinance Amending Chapter 240-25 Of The Code Of The Township Of Middletown Governing Recreation Fees 
  • 2022-3333 Ordinance Establishing Registration And Maintenance Requirements For Vacant And Abandoned Properties Within The Township Of Middletown

Upon completion of the business of the meeting, there will be a Public Comments portion where members of the public will be able to make comments for up to 5 minutes. Directions will be provided by the Township Clerk.
