Join Our Fall Exercise Programs


Middletown Recreation is excited to announce its fall exercise programs! Classes begin on Tuesday, September 21st. Yoga and volleyball will take place at the Croydon Hall Gym (900 Leonardville Road) and Youth Running will be held at Poricy Park (345 Oak Hill Road). Yoga classes are for adults and presented weekly by Hot and Soul Yoga on Tuesdays from 6:30 - 7:30 PM. Sign up for 6 weeks at a time – beginners welcome! Indoor Volleyball has adult co-ed teams, picked every Tuesday, for great exercise and fun socialization from 7:30 - 9:30 PM. Youth Running is presented by Gone Running, LLC for grades 3-10. The eight-week season includes a t-shirt, end-of-season competition, and awards. Youth Running will take place on both Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30 - 5:30 PM.
