[ARCHIVED] Monmouth County Offers Free Transportation to Scheduled COVID-19 Vaccine Appointments

Please be advised that Monmouth County Division of Transportation SCAT is currently offering free transportation to eligible residents who are scheduled to receive their COVID-19 vaccinations. 


To qualify for this free transportation, the following guidelines must be met:


  1. Must have a confirmed vaccine appointment.

  2. All trips must be scheduled through the Division of Transportation.

  3. Residents must be 60+ years of age or 18 years of age and disabled.


To register, please call 732-431-6480 and choose option #1 between the hours of 7:30 am-4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Vaccine transportation is available from 8:30 am-3:00 pm Monday through Friday. 


If you have difficulty arranging transportation with SCAT or need further assistance, Middletown residents may reach out to Senior Center Supervisor Kourtney Davis at 732-615-2266. A family member of friend may also assist with arranging transportation after providing SCAT with verbal permission to make arrangements on your behalf.
