[ARCHIVED] Middletown Township Committee to Host Virtual and In-Person Meeting on Monday, October 19th

MIDDLETOWN, NJ — The Middletown Township Committee today announced that the Regular Meeting on Monday, October 19, 2020 at 7:00 PM will be open to the public with social distancing measures in place and made available live through WebEx Event Center.

If you plan on attending the meeting in person, please note that the maximum occupancy in the Courtroom due to COVID-19 is 40 people. There will be stickers placed in the pews directing people where to sit. If the rooms fills up, you will be able to view the meeting on the TV monitor outside the Courtroom or you can tune in to the WebEx meeting from your smart phone or a laptop.

If you will be participating remotely, you can do so by clicking this event link. To call in to the meeting, dial 1-408-418-9388. Enter the event access code 173 070 8427 followed by #. Enter 2020 if a passcode is required.

Prior to the Township Committee Meeting, the event link will be published on the Township’s Facebook page. If residents are not able to view the meeting live, the recording will be aired on the Township’s TV channel (Verizon FiOS Channel 26/Comcast Cable Channel 20) and YouTube channel.

Upon completion of the business of the meeting, there will be a Public Comments portion where members of the public will be able to make comments for up to 5 minutes. Directions will be provided in real-time by the Clerk.
