The Mayors Wellness Campaign (MWC) is a statewide community health initiative that provides evidence-based tools and strategies for mayors and community leaders to help their residents achieve healthier lifestyles and improve overall health and wellness in their communities.
Middletown Recreation is offering one wellness seminar and physical activity per month. All lectures are held on the second Thursday of the month through October from 6:30-7:30 PM. The location varies by topic. Lectures are generally geared for adults, but children are welcome to attend all. Activities are held on the third Saturday of the month beginning at 9:00 AM. Activities are geared towards families of all ages and abilities.
We encourage the community to join the Mayor, Township Committee members, and other Township employees for one or all of these programs. For more information about these or any other upcoming MWC events please visit www.middletownnj.org/wellness.
