[ARCHIVED] Information sessions for the Township's Home Rehabilitation Program

If you are a Middletown homeowner, you may be eligible for a home rehabilitation grant of up to $25,000 from the Township’s Home Rehabilitation Program funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. The Home Rehab Program assists low- and moderate- income households to repair or replace older systems in the home such as plumbing, heating, roof, or electric. Handicap accessibility improvements are also eligible.

The Director of Community Development will be available for questions on Monday, November 19 and Wednesday, November 21 between the hours of 12:30pm and 2:00pm at the Tonya Keller Community Center, 50 Bray Avenue in North Middletown. The facility is handicap accessible. Applications will be available for distribution.
