[ARCHIVED] Free Rabies Vaccination Clinic for Dogs Oct. 22

Middletown Township will be holding a free Rabies vaccination clinic for dogs on October 22, 2016 from 9:00AM-11:00AM at the Croydon Hall Gym (900 Leonardville Road Leonardo, NJ 07737). We will also be offering a Pet Microchipping program at our rabies clinics. This will only be offered to Middletown residents with a current pet license. The Microchips will cost $10.00 per pet. This fee includes the chipping of your pet as well as lifetime registration in a microchip database. If you are interested in obtaining a Microchip for your pet please bring your licensing paperwork, along with a check or cash to pay for your license and microchip, to the rabies clinic. Credit cards cannot be accepted at the clinic site. To use a credit/debit card. You must pay online or in our office. All dogs must be on a leash under the control of an adult.
