The following media release contains information pertaining to arrests and police activities for the Middletown Township Police Department during the time period of October 1, 2024 through October 31, 2024.
During the period of October 1, 2024 through October 31, 2024 the Middletown Township Police Department responded to 4,201 calls for service, including 387 first aid calls, 22 fire calls, 281 burglar alarms, and 278 motor vehicle crashes.
Police officers arrested 63 individuals, including 11 for outstanding bench warrants and 13 for domestic violence. Arrests are as follows:
Erica Sanchez, 30, from West Long Branch, was arrested by Officer Aidan Carey for shoplifting. Sanchez was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Marie Finley, 44, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Kenneth Ross for contempt of court warrants and shoplifting. Finley was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.
Valerie Carey, 60, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Brian Macdonald for driving under the influence. Carey was processed and released.
Cory Diehl, age 31, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Kenneth Ross for contempt of court warrants. Diehl was processed and released to the Monmouth County Sherrif’s Office.
Burt Mentone 2nd, 46, from Jackson, was arrested by Officer Bryan Flannigan for a contempt of court warrant. Mentone was processed and released after posting bail.
Patrick Peda, 40, from Keansburg, was arrested by Officer John Foy for shoplifting. Peda was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Garrett Williams, 36, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Peter McGovern for a contempt of court warrant. Williams was processed and released to Passaic County Sheriff’s Office.
Rocky Granata, 65, from Edison, was arrested by Officer Kenneth Ross for a contempt of court warrant. Granata was processed and released after posting bail.
Maximilia Drigel, 30, from Hazlet, was arrested by Sergeant Frank Mazza for driving under the influence. Drigel was processed and released on his own recognizance.
Maria DiDonato, 47, from Manalapan, was arrested by Officer Aidan Carey for shoplifting. DiDonato was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Aidan Tucillo, 19, from Middletown, was arrested by Sergeant Frank Mazza for driving under the influence. Tucillo was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Michael Hayden, 35, from Branchburg, was arrested by Officer Thomas Stone for a contempt of court warrant. Hayden was processed and released on his own recognizance.
Steven Amato, 64, from Atlantic Highlands, was arrested by Officer Christopher Glietz for being a fugitive from justice. Amato was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.
Shota Megrelidze, 37, from Staten Island, was arrested by Sergeant Michael Heaton for contempt of court warrants. Megrelidze was processed and released after posting bail.
Richard Smith, 30, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Kenneth Ross for a contempt of court warrant. Smith was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.
Victor Lopezcruz, 49, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Peter Bracken for driving under the influence. Lopezcruz was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Evodio Garcia-Decello, 42, from Long Branch, was arrested by Officer Dominick Librie for driving under the influence. Garcia-Decello was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Brian Rauh, 34, from Lakewood, was arrested by Detective Daniel Sullivan for possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Rauh was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Sandra Lopez, 57, from Keansburg, was arrested by Officer Joshua Chambers for shoplifting. Lopez was processed and released.
Virginia Cerciello, 58, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Trevor Brey for shoplifting. Bey was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Anthony Acquaviva, 77, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer John Foy for driving under the influence. Acquaviva was processed and released.
Peter Tactikos, Jr., 47, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Chad Bacek for driving under the influence. Tactikos was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Michelle Pinto, 56, from Port Monmouth, was arrested by Officer Allison Ruane for disorderly conduct. Pinto was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Christopher Miller, 27, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Larissa Doriety for a contempt of court warrant. Miller was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.
Gilberto Garcia, 29, from Long Branch, was arrested by Officer Michael Masiello for a contempt of court warrant. Garcia was processed and released.
Bryan Groves, 38, from Tinton Falls, was arrested by Officer Joshua Chambers for a contempt of court warrant. Groves was processed and released.
Temur Aribjanov, 18, from Holmdel, was arrested by Officer Trevor Brey for shoplifting. Aribjanov was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Dallas Raskin-DeStefano, 18, from Holmdel, was arrested by Officer James Davis for shoplifting. Raskin-DeStefano was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Jaime Aguilar-Ramirez, 39, from Hazlet, was arrested by Sergeant Frank Mazza for driving under the influence. Aguilar-Ramirez was processed and released.
John Burtt, 56, from Red Bank, was arrested by Officer John Foy for driving under the influence. Burtt was processed and released.
Michael Jerndstedt, 21, from Belford, was arrested by Officer Thomas Stone for calling 911 without needing service. Jerndstedt was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Theodore McCrone, 23, from New Egypt, was arrested by Officer Donald Porter for driving under the influence. McCrone was processed and released on a summons complaint.
