The Middletown Township Committee encourages residents to join our America 250 celebration by purchasing tickets for the Lafayette Bicentennial Sunset Cruise happening on Wednesday, August 14th at the Atlantic Highlands Marina (2 Simon Lake Drive, Atlantic Highlands). Attendees will sail the waters of the Sandy Hook Bay and see America as Marquis de Lafayette, a French nobleman who fought in the Continental Army in the American Revolutionary War, did during his farewell tour exactly two centuries ago.
