Beat the heat with this summer running program set on the partially shaded, field and running trails behind Thompson Middle School. This camp is designed to offer two separate training platforms to meet the needs of each specific age group: middle school and elementary. Join us to jump start your summer training as we run for fun! This action packed program is taught in a relaxed, positive and supportive environment. The middle school runners' activities will focus on technique, form, nutrition, racing strategies and personal motivation. The elementary program for grades K-4 offers exciting games, races and training activities that will keep them moving and motivated while building their self-confidence and stamina.
