The following media release contains information pertaining to arrests and police activities for the Middletown Twp. Police Department during the time period of September 1, 2023 through September 30, 2023.
During the period of September 1, 2023 through September 30, 2023, the Middletown Twp. Police Department responded to 3,963 calls for service, including 365 EMS calls, 22 Fire Calls, 168 burglar alarms, and 169 motor vehicle crashes.
Police officers arrested 49 individuals, including 9 for outstanding bench warrants and 8 for domestic violence. Arrests are as follows:
Leroy Selover, age 41, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Aidan Carey for criminal sexual contact. Selover was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.
David Haynes, age 19, from Tinton Falls, was arrested by Officer Allison Ruane for shoplifting. Haynes was processed and released.
William Berkefeld, age 18, from Middletown, was arrested by Detective Janine Kennedy for criminal mischief and employing a juvenile in a commission of a crime. Berkefeld was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Enriqua Burton-Cruz, age 27, from Linden, was arrested by Detective Ryan Pigott for shoplifting. Burton-Cruz was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Robert Pimentel, age 32, from Fort Lee, was arrested by Detective Keith Hirschbein for theft and tampering with evidence. Pimental was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.
Rebecca Hurl, age 29, from Belford, was arrested by Officer Michael Allen for contempt of court warrants. Hurl was processed and released after posting bail.
Anjelica Schaub, age 36, from Keansburg, was arrested by Officer William Perez for a contempt of court warrant. Schaub was processed and released on her own recognizance.
Henry Moncayo, age 41, from Keansburg, was arrested by Officer Aidan Carey for shoplifting. Moncayo was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.
Dale Abair, age 54, from Red Bank, was arrested by Officer Larissa Doriety for driving under the influence and reckless driving. Abair was processed and released.
Fernando Calazansdasilva, age 27, from Middletown, was arrested by Detective Ryan Pigott for burglary and theft. Calazandasilva was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Amy Dooley, age 42, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer John Mania for shoplifting. Dooley was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Steven James, age 31, from Aberdeen, was arrested by Officer Michael Masiello for a contempt of court warrant. James was processed and released on his own recognizance.
Tyler Tominus, age 25, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Michael Masiello for a contempt of court warrant. Tominus was processed and released to Keansburg Police Department.
Darwin Navasruiz, age 24, from Neptune, was arrested by Officer Michael Masiello for contempt of court warrants. Navasruiz was processed and released on his own recognizance.
Ivan Alenier, age 47, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Nicholas Manochio for driving under the influence. Alenier was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Jill Alenier, age 47, from Middletown, was arrested by Office Eric Van Schaack for driving under the influence. Alenier was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Diane Sullivan, age 43, from Keansburg, was arrested by Officer Allison Ruane for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sullivan was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.
Corey Epstein, age 33, from Staten Island, NY, was arrested by Officer Nicholas Manochio for a contempt of court warrant. Epstein was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.
Jessica Maier, age 29, from Keansburg, was arrested by Officer Eric Van Schaack for fugitive from justice. Maier was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.
Vanessa Reiser, age 50, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Eric Van Schaack for driving under the influence. Reiser was processed and released on her own recognizance.
Rodolfo Floresdelaluz, age 36, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Brian Macdonald for driving under the influence. Floresdelaluz was processed and released.
Evan Anselmo, age 38, from Jacksonville, Florida, was arrested by Officer Dominick Librie for driving under the influence. Anselmo was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Nancy Ross, age 54, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Aidan Carey for shoplifting. Ross was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Raymond Sypniewski, age 45, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Michael Masiello for shoplifting. Sypniewski was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Sean O’Grady, age 46, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Nicholas Manochio for a contempt of court warrant. O’Grady was processed and released after posting bail.
Douglas Horan, age 43, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer William Perez for criminal mischief, burglary and harassment. Horan was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.
Michael Agibi, age 31, from Staten Island, NY, was arrested by Detective Daniel Sullivan for theft by deception. Agibi was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Peter O’Keefe, age 67, from Manahawkin, was arrested by Officer Eric Van Schaack for shoplifting. O’Keefe was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Mary Stein, age 36, from Fair Haven, was arrested by Officer Eric Van Schaack for shoplifting. Stein was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Collin Crocitto, age 23, from Marlboro, was arrested by Officer Dominick Librie for driving under the influence. Crocitto was processed and released on a summons complaint.
