[ARCHIVED] Middletown Township Committee to Host Regular Meeting on Monday, 6/19 at Town Hall

MIDDLETOWN, NJ — The Middletown Township Committee today announced that the Regular Meeting on Monday, June 19, 2023 at 7:00 PM will be open to the public and made available to view and listen to through Cisco Webex. The meeting will be taking place in the courtroom at Town Hall (1 Kings Highway). 

The meeting will be made available to watch or listen to by visiting https://tinyurl.com/committee061923. If prompted, please enter your name and email address to join. To call in to the meeting, dial 1-408-418-9388. The event access code is 2344 322 2896 followed by #. Enter 2023 if a passcode is required. 

Prior to the Township Committee Meeting, the event link will be published on the Township’s Facebook page. The recording of the meeting will be aired on the Township’s TV channel (Verizon FiOS Channel 26/Comcast Cable Channel 20) and YouTube channel.

The June 19th meeting agenda provides an opportunity for public comment on the following agenda items. Members of the public may comment only on these topics:

  • Monmouth County Open Space Grant Application for Bodman Park Baseball Improvements
  • 2023-3373 Bond Ordinance Providing An Appropriation Of $2,000,000 For Acquisition Of Properties By And For The Township Of Middletown In The County Of Monmouth, New Jersey And Authorizing The Issuance Of $1,900,000 In Bonds Or Notes Of The Township For Financing Part Of The Appropriation

Upon completion of the business of the meeting, there will be a Public Comments portion where members of the public will be able to make comments for up to 5 minutes. Directions will be provided by the Township Clerk.
