The public is invited to join Middletown Animal Control for a discussion with Monmouth County SPCA & Homeward Bound Adoption Center about a TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) program in Middletown. The public information session will be held in the Courtroom at Town Hall (1 Kings Highway). At the event, speakers will discuss the intentions, rules, and regulations of the program and allow people to sign up as colony caregivers.
