MIDDLETOWN, NJ — The Middletown Township Committee today announced that the Regular Meeting on Monday, August 11, 2025 at 7:00 PM will be open to the public and taking place in the courtroom at Town Hall (1 Kings Highway). The meeting will also be made available to view and listen to through CivicClerk at middletownnj.portal.civicclerk.com.
Once you visit the link, please scroll to the information for the Monday, August 11th meeting. Once the meeting begins, the event will say "LIVE" and a camera icon will appear. You can click on the camera icon to stream the meeting. After the meeting ends, a recording of it will be available.
Prior to the Township Committee Meeting, the event link will be published on the Township’s Facebook page. The recording of the meeting will be aired on the Township’s TV channel (Verizon FiOS Channel 26/Comcast Cable Channel 20) and YouTube channel.

- 2025-3474 An Ordinance Of The Township Committee Of The Township Of Middletown, County Of Monmouth, State Of New Jersey Authorizing The Sale Of Block 276, Lot 12, Pursuant To N.J.S.A. 40A:12-1 ET SEQ.
- 2025-3475 Bond Ordinance Providing An Appropriation Of $5,993,600 For Various Capital Improvements By And For The Township Of Middletown In The County Of Monmouth, New Jersey And Authorizing The Issuance Of $5,241,987 In Bonds Or Notes Of The Township For Financing Part Of The Appropriation.
- 2025-3476 Bond Ordinance Providing An Appropriation Of $3,413,000 For Various Open Space Improvements By And For The Township Of Middletown In The County Of Monmouth, New Jersey And Authorizing The Issuance Of $3,242,350 In Bonds Or Notes Of The Township For Financing Part Of The Appropriation

On the evenings of Township Committee Regular Meetings, the Clerk's Office/Vital Statistics extends their hours from 4:00-6:00 PM to assist the public.
