MIDDLETOWN, NJ — The Middletown Township Committee today announced that the Regular Meeting on Monday, July 14, 2025 at 7:00 PM will be open to the public and taking place in the courtroom at Town Hall (1 Kings Highway). The meeting will also be made available to view and listen to through CivicClerk at middletownnj.portal.civicclerk.com.
Once you visit the link, please scroll to the information for the Monday, July 14th meeting. Once the meeting begins, the event will say "LIVE" and a camera icon will appear. You can click on the camera icon to stream the meeting. After the meeting ends, a recording of it will be available.
Prior to the Township Committee Meeting, the event link will be published on the Township’s Facebook page. The recording of the meeting will be aired on the Township’s TV channel (Verizon FiOS Channel 26/Comcast Cable Channel 20) and YouTube channel.

- 2025-3469 Ordinance Authorizing Entry Of Agreement For The Purchase And Sale Of Real Estate With The United Presbyterian Church Of Lincroft For The Acquisition Of Block 1049, Lot 62 (270 Everett Road) For Recreation And Open Space Preservation Purposes
- 2025-3470 An Ordinance Amending § 254-2 Of The Code Of The Township Of Middletown Governing Local Fire Safety Enforcement To Comply With P.L. 2025, C.19
- 2025-3471 Bond Ordinance Providing An Appropriation Of 1,300,000 For Acquisition Of Property By And For The Township Of Middletown In The County Of Monmouth, New Jersey And Authorizing The Issuance Of $1,235,000 In Bonds Or Notes Of The Township For Financing Part Of The Appropriation

On the evenings of Township Committee Regular Meetings, the Clerk's Office/Vital Statistics extends their hours from 4:00-6:00 PM to assist the public.
