MIDDLETOWN, NJ — The Middletown Township Committee today announced that the Regular Meeting on Monday, June 16, 2025 at 7:00 PM will be open to the public and taking place in the courtroom at Town Hall (1 Kings Highway). The meeting will also be made available to view and listen to through CivicClerk at middletownnj.portal.civicclerk.com.
Once you visit the link, please scroll to the information for the Monday, June 16th meeting. Once the meeting begins, the event will say "LIVE" and a camera icon will appear. You can click on the camera icon to stream the meeting. After the meeting ends, a recording of it will be available.
Prior to the Township Committee Meeting, the event link will be published on the Township’s Facebook page. The recording of the meeting will be aired on the Township’s TV channel (Verizon FiOS Channel 26/Comcast Cable Channel 20) and YouTube channel.
The June 16th meeting agenda provides an opportunity for public comment on the following agenda items. Members of the public may comment only on these topics:
- 2025-3466 Ordinance Authorizing Lease Renewal With The Navesink Maritime Heritage Association, A Not-For-Profit Organization, For The Grover House Located Upon Block 1016, Lot 6 As Shown On The Tax Map Of The Township Of Middletown, Not Currently Required For Public Purposes Pursuant To N.J.S.A. 40a:12-14(C)
- 2025-3467 Ordinance Amending Township Salary Ordinance Setting Salaries For Non-Contractual Employees For 2025-2026
There will also be a General Public Comments section at the end of the meeting. Members of the public will be able to make comments for up to 5 minutes. Directions will be provided by the Township Clerk.

On the evenings of Township Committee Regular Meetings, the Clerk's Office/Vital Statistics extends their hours from 4:00-6:00 PM to assist the public.
