MIDDLETOWN, NJ — The Middletown Township Committee today announced that the Workshop Meeting on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at 7:00 PM will be open to the public and made available to view and listen to through Cisco Webex. The meeting will be taking place in the courtroom at Town Hall (1 Kings Highway).
The meeting will be made available to watch or listen to by visiting https://tinyurl.com/committee090324. If prompted, please enter your name and email address to join. To call in to the meeting, dial 1-408-418-9388. The event access code is 2347 009 3757 followed by #. Enter 2024 if a passcode is required.
Prior to the Township Committee Meeting, the event link will be published on the Township’s Facebook page. The recording of the meeting will be aired on the Township’s TV channel (Verizon FiOS Channel 26/Comcast Cable Channel 20) and YouTube channel.
The September 3rd meeting agenda provides an opportunity for public comment on the following agenda items. Members of the public may comment only on these topics:
- 2024-3422 Ordinance Repealing And Replacing Ordinance No. 2024-3418 Amending And Restating Ordinance No. 2023-3371 Solely As To The Established Fair Market Value For Property Identified As Block 1045, Lot 2 (Nut Swamp Road), Block 1045, Lot 3 (1114 Nut Swamp Road), And Block 1045, Lot 4 (Dwight Road) Within The Township Of Middletown
- 2024-3424 Ordinance Adopting The 325 Highway 36 Redevelopment Plan Consisting Of Block 238, Lots 5 And 6 And A Portion Of The Central Avenue Right Of Way
There will also be a General Public Comments section at the end of the meeting. Members of the public will be able to make comments for up to 5 minutes. Directions will be provided by the Township Clerk.
