The Middletown Senior Center (900 Leonardville Road, Leonardo) is available as a cooling station and will stay open as needed. Please call the MTPD in advance if you would like to use the facility at 732-615-2100.
Jersey Central Power & Light (JCP&L) continues to restore service to customers who lost power during the severe weather event and has activated its retail water and ice program. For those customers remaining without power, JCP&L is offering free water and ice at the following locations in Middletown as of Sunday, June 23rd:
- Acme: 616 Newman Springs Rd., Lincroft
- Food Circus: 426 Route 36 and Wilson Ave., Port Monmouth
- Shop Rite: 1500 Route 35, Middletown
