MIDDLETOWN, NJ — The Middletown Township Committee today announced that the Workshop Meeting on Monday, June 10, 2024 at 7:00 PM will be open to the public and made available to view and listen to through Cisco Webex. The meeting will be taking place in the courtroom at Town Hall (1 Kings Highway).
The meeting will be made available to watch or listen to by visiting https://tinyurl.com/committee061024. If prompted, please enter your name and email address to join. Prior to the Township Committee Meeting, the event link will be published on the Township’s Facebook page. The recording of the meeting will be aired on the Township’s TV channel (Verizon FiOS Channel 26/Comcast Cable Channel 20) and YouTube channel.
The June 10th meeting agenda provides an opportunity for public comment on the following agenda items. Members of the public may comment only on these topics:
- 2024-3416 Ordinance Amending Chapter 465 Of The Code Of The Township Of Middletown Governing Parking Restrictions Along Schulz Drive
- 2024-3417 Ordinance Authorizing Acceptance Of Deed Of Easement And Right-Of-Way And Deed Of Sight Triangle Easement Over A Portion Of Block 74, Lots 10.01, 10.02 And 10.03 (Atlantic Avenue)
- 2024-3418 Ordinance Amending And Restating Ordinance No. 2023-3371 Solely As To The Established Fair Market Value For Property Identified As Block 1045, Lot 2 (Nut Swamp Road), Block 1045, Lot 3 (1114 Nut Swamp Road), And Block 1045, Lot 4 (Dwight Road) Within The Township Of Middletown
- 2024-3419 Ordinance Amending The Code Of The Township Of Middletown To Establish State Mandated Amusement Game Licensing Standards
There will also be a General Public Comments section at the end of the meeting. Members of the public will be able to make comments for up to 5 minutes. Directions will be provided by the Township Clerk.

Extended Hours to Assist Public
On the evenings of Township Committee Regular Meetings, a representative from certain departments will be extending their hours from 5:30-7:30 PM to assist the public. On Monday, June 24th, the following departments will be available at Town Hall to answer questions and/or help community members conduct municipal business:

- Tax Assessment
- Vital Statistics
