EMPLOYEES ONLY: Blood Pressure Clinic
Full Description
The Middletown Township Health Department is partnering with the Medical Reserve Corps to offer a free blood pressure clinic to Township employees on Monday, February 9th from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
In the 30 minutes before your blood pressure is taken:
- no smoking
- no exercise
- no caffeinated beverages
- no alcohol
- empty your bladder
If you have any questions, please call Stacy Krause at 732-615-2000 ext. 2167. Please scroll down to register for the clinic. The deadline to register is Sunday, February 8th at 8:00 PM.
