Annual Report Per AG Guidelines

Annual Reports per NJ Attorney General Guideline

According to the Attorney General’s Internal Affairs Policy and Procedures (IAPP), every law enforcement agency shall publish on its public website a report summarizing the types of complaints received and the dispositions of those complaints on an annual basis. This report is statistical in nature and lists the source of the complaints, the nature of the complaints, the disposition of the completed investigation, and the number of investigations still pending.

These reports can be found below:

Additionally, the IAPP directs that at least once a year, every agency shall publish on the agency’s public website a brief synopsis of all complaints where a termination, reduction in rank or grade, and/or suspension more than five days was assessed to an agency member.
