The Community Development Department coordinates, implements, and monitors compliance under the CDBG Program. Staff prepares the Township’s 5-Year Consolidated Plan, which identifies the Township’s housing and special population needs, and updates annually, as required by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to receive funding and compiles detailed financial and programmatic information to report to HUD on the utilization of federal funding, including extensive data collection and analysis of program beneficiaries.
