Reporting a "Channel 20 Only" Outage

If you ever experience an interruption in your cable TV service that only affects The Middletown Municipal Channel on channel 20, the channel may have gone down in your area.

Channel 20 interruptions can occur due to severe weather or other technical issues.

If an interruption affecting only Channel 20 is discovered, please contact Janine Frederick of the Middletown Township MIS department at: 732-615-2000 ext. 2433, during normal business hours. You may also report the issue digitally using this website's Municipal Service Request system, located at the top-left of this screen, 24 hours a day - 7 days a week.

Note: If you experience a cable service outage that affect all channels or multiple channels, please contact your cable service provider.
