  • Statement of Income & Expenses (for Commercial Property) Commercial Properties being rented out by owner.

  • Further Statement - refiling for Tax Exemptions

  • Tax Abatement Forms
    The form can be obtained in the department of inspections and filed upon completion in the assessor's office. For homes 20 yrs or over, taxes and assessment would not be picked up for 5 yrs, for up to $10,000.00.

  • Property Tax Deductions
    There are several types of property tax deductions available to reduce a resident's tax liability. Eligibility is determined by certain qualifications for each deduction and qualifications do vary. If you are a veteran, a senior citizen, the widow of a veteran or a disabled person, you may qualify.
