Tax Payment Information

Taxes are payable quarterly on the first of February, May, August and November.

The last day to pay property taxes each quarter without incurring interest penalty will be by 4:00 P.M. on:

February 26, 2010	1st Quarter - 2010
May 28, 2010	2nd Quarter - 2010
August 31, 2010	3rd Quarter - 2010
November 30, 2010	4th Quarter - 2010

Any taxes remaining unpaid by the 1st day of February, May, August or November are subject to interest at the rate of up to 8% per annum up to $1500.00 and 18% per annum over $1500.00. A penalty of up to 6% may be charged on any delinquency in excess of $10,000.00 if not paid by the end of the calendar year. Interest will be charged at the above rates after 4:00 P.M. on the Township’s last business day of the month in which taxes are due. N.J.S.A. 54:4-67.
