Middletown Day 2008 Craft Fair

The Middletown Day 2008 Committee is pleased to announce this year's event will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2008 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Croydon Hall.

VENDORS

Please read all the materials and return the white copy of the application with your payment. Vendor spaces are limited and will be assigned on a first come first served basis.  Vendor spaces will be filled on a first come first served basis

Also, please note, by law we are required to have a New Jersey Sales Tax Certificate from each and every craft vendor participating in our event.  If you do not have this certificate, you must get one or your application will not be accepted.
