Poricy Park Tavern Party Coming June 12
Proceeds Benefit Historic Farmhouse and Park Operations

Hear Ye! Hear Ye! Notice is hereby given of the 28th Annual 18th Century Colonial Tavern Party at the Murray Farm House and Homestead located in Poricy Park on Saturday, June 12, 2010, 5:00-9:00 pm.

The 1770 Murray Farmhouse will be transformed into an 18th Century bustling Tavern, creating a unique and unforgettable evening. All are invited to partake in the evening’s festivities, complete with a traditional full course meal, spirits, live entertainment, and dancing in the Barn. Senses will be filled with the sounds, aromas and tastes of the 18th Century Middletown, NJ Historic site as guests are served and entertained by the hard working masters, mistresses, wenches, bards and minstrels of the welcoming Murray Homestead. Guest apparel is casual…yet, 18th Century attire is truly welcomed and would enhance the evening’s fun!

Guests are also invited to take part in a spirited Silent Auction. Support and donations from the community allow 100% of ticket proceeds to directly benefit the historical Murray Farmhouse and Park operations. Tickets are $50 per person for members, and $60 per person for non-members by May 12, 2010. After May 12, tickets are $65 each for members and $75 each for non-members. To make reservations or for more information, call 732-842-5966, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-4:00pm.

Founded in 1969, Poricy Park Conservancy is a non-profit, 501 (c) (3) organization located in Middletown Township.
