Note: The Registrar's Office hours for applying for marriage, civil union, domestic partnership and all certified copies of vital records or inquiries to be performed during the hours of 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM .

Note: You must call and make an appointment for all Registrar of Vital Statistics documents until further notice. Walk-ins are no longer accepted at this time.

The Health Department administers and enforces local health ordinances. Responsibilities of this department include:

• Maintaining and administering records of vital statistics, including births, deaths, and marriages in accordance with state law
  
• Planning and administering a comprehensive public health program including environmental sanitation, communicable disease control, child and adult health education, laboratory services.
  
• Operating programs and activities for mosquito and rodent control, and administering dog regulations
  
• Public recreational bathing, Septic, Well, Kennel/Pet Shop, Retail food establishment inspections
