Middletown Senior Center
Middletown's Senior Center welcomes Middletown residents 60 and older. The center is open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4: 30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Weekly activities, trips and special events are held year round. Transportation is available to registered members by reservation. Call (732) 615-2265 for details.

Middletown Nutrition Center
The Nutrition Center, operated by Interfaith Neighbors, is located at the Senior Center. The center offers lunch in the nutrition center Monday through Friday from 11:30 a. m. to 2:00 p. m., excluding holidays. The Nutrition Center also offers a Meals on Wheels program. Middletown Lions
The Lions Club of Middletown Township provides free vision care to local area residents who can demonstrate financial need. Services are provided totally free-of-charge and include eye exams by qualified physicians, eyeglasses, and follow-up vision-screening care. The Lions have also subsidized, in conjunction with leading eye surgeons, cataract and other corrective surgeries for needy individuals who are uninsured or under-insured. Monmouth County Office on Aging
Programs funded through the Office on Aging provide supportive services for information and assistance, benefits screening, extended assessment, outreach, legal assistance, nutrition education and counseling, transportation, home care, senior centers, protective services, care management, residential maintenance, telephone reassurance, physical fitness, education, socialization/recreation and more.
