Mission: To help rehabilitate owner-occupied, single-family homes throughout the Township; bring Middletown's housing stock up to Code Standards; and to help a Homeowner make necessary repairs to his/her home and live in comfort and safety. Grants of up to $25,000 to repair major systems in the home including plumbing, roof, electrical, heating, etc. are available to Middletown households that meet the income limits listed below:
