Criminal History
Criminal history (background) checks are performed in the following manner:

Request to be fingerprinted. We will check your identification and fingerprint you on the NJ state fingerprint card (SBI-19) and the FBI fingerprint card (FD-258) card. If you are a resident of Middletown, there is no charge. If you are not a resident of Middletown, there will be a fee of $15.00 for this service.

Hours for fingerprinting are 8:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
