Neighborhood Preservation Program (NPP)

Middletown Township has secured up to $280,000 in state and local funds to preserve and rehabilitate housing stock in targeted areas within the North Middletown neighborhood, to reinforce the vitality of the neighborhood’s business district, and to improve the appearance and function of neighborhood facilities such as parks and community buildings.
