Middletown Township Master Plan
The Planning Department is responsible for the preparation of the Township Master Plan for adoption by the Planning Board. The Master Plan is a report to guide the use of lands within the Township. Specific Master Plan elements include: land use, housing, circulation, utility service, community facilities, and parks and recreation. Every six years the Master Plan is reexamined to identify existing problems and to formulate new policies relating to recent land use trends.
