COAH/Affordable Housing

In order to comply with affordable housing rules established by the State for all New Jersey municipalities, Middletown Township adopted an Amended Master Plan Housing Element and Fair Share Plan on December 11, 2008. This Plan addresses Middletown's affordable housing obligations through 2018 as required by the Council on Affordable Housing (COAH). The Township submitted the adopted Plan to COAH on December 30, 2008.
