BALANCE & STRETCH
A fitness program designed and focused on strengthen muscles needed for balance, flexibility, mobility and stability. Learn to exercise to increase these areas and increase body motion.

KICK BOXING
The program is designed to help better condition and improve muscle tone and cardiac output. This is a moderate to high energy cardiovascular workout program that combines kick boxing techniques to work the upper body, lower body and abdominals.

PILATES BODY SCULPTURE
Pilates will strengthen and lengthen muscles, improve posture and flexibility and build core strength. These workouts will help to sculpture your body in ways that normal exercise does not accomplish.

This program is designed with the personal touch in mind. Participants are evaluated for individual needs and abilities. Programs are developed based on evaluation and monitored during six week period. Limited enrollment per session and each session runs for 6 weeks twice per week.
