Deputy Mayor Pamela M. Brightbill began to serve a three-year term on the Township Committee in 2006. She served as Deputy Mayor in 2007.
She currently serves on the Middletown Planning Board, and the Middletown Township Cultural and Arts Council. She also serves as County Committeewoman for Middletown Township Election District 10. Brightbill has served on a township subcommittee that studied the defeated 2006-2007 school budget as required by state law and on the Middletown School District’s Community Partnership Committee. She has also has served on the Middletown Township Recreation Advisory Committee, as co-chair of The Great Race of Middletown, a Middletown Education Foundation trustee, treasurer for the River Plaza Elementary School PTA, coach for the River Plaza Youth Club, and Middletown Newcomers Club vice-president.
Brightbill has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Oklahoma University and is an alumna of Middletown High School South. Brightbill and her husband, Mark, have two grown children, Conley and Elizabeth.
