Unacceptable Materials
The following materials are not accepted curbside or at the Kanes Lane Recycling Center:

• Window pane glass, lightbulbs, drinking glasses, & opaque or blue glass
• Ceramic, porceline, pottery, or stoneware
• Plastic containers with numbers other than 1 or 2, or with no triangular recycling symbol, molded onto the bottom
• Aeresol cans, paint cans, or paint thinner cans
• Bolts, nuts, or screws
• Fence posts, tree stumps, plywood, lumber, & railroad ties
• Grass clippings

The items listed above must be disposed of privately.
