Temporary Permit
All transfers will require a $10. transfer fee. There are various reasons why transfers are requested. Note the following reasons, along with the proper procedure.

A vehicle in for service or temporary use of another vehicle registered to the same address. (A temporary permit is issued with a two-week expiration date.)

1. A new application must be submitted for the vehicle that will temporarily be parked, along with copies of license, registration, and insurance I.D. card or lease agreement or rental agreement.
2. A $10. Transfer fee (cash, Visa, Mastercard, or a check payable to the Township of Middletown)
3. A temporary permit will be issued to reflect a two-week expiration date.
