Records Requests – The Open Public Records Act (OPRA) N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1

The State of New Jersey enacted the Open Public Records Act which allows access to records deemed to be Government Records. The definition of a government records can be found under C.47:1A-1.1 Definitions.

To request a copy of a public record for any Township department you must complete and deliver an OPRA request form or fill out the OPRA request online.
