Middletown Township offers parking at or near the train station, located on Church Street, and the Academy buses, which stop along Route 36. Parking permits are issued by the Township Clerk. Permits are offered for the following lots:

• Train Station Main Parking Lot (Church Street)
  
• Train Station Satelite Lot (SEARS parking lot, on the corner of RT 35 & Harmony Rd), and
  
• Bus Commuter Lot (RT 36 - various locations)

Permits are not offered for the Daily Metered Parking Lot, on Church Street, across from the Train Station.

The free Dock and Roll Shuttle program also stops at several of the permit lots. The shuttle provides access to the train, ferry, and area shopping centers.
