The Strategic Planning Committee is charged with the responsibility of researching and preparing a Strategic Plan for Township Committee approval This plan would outline the township's current organization, programs, services and responsibilities and make recommendations on how to improve the municipality's overall efficiency. The Township Committee seeks to use the data and objectives to be identified in the strategic plan to assist in the budget formulation process, the consideration of future capital projects and real estate acquisitions and the financing of those projects.
