Zoning Board of Adjustment
This Board's purpose is to hear cases for requests for variance(s) from time to time, where certain types of land developments and property improvements are proposed. In addition the Zoning Board may hear and decide requests for interpretation of the zoning map and zoning regulations as well as other powers as outlined in the state Municipal Land Use Law.

The Zoning Board consists of seven members and two alternates appointed by the Mayor and Township Committee. Meetings are held on the fourth Monday of each month at 7 p.m. in the main meeting room in Town Hall. Call the Middletown Planning Department at 732-615-2098 for more information.
