"Ready to Ship" Donations

Individual Donations
All donations can be left at one of the township collection boxes.

Large Donations
Please bring large donations directly to the Central Collection point located the Parks and Recreation Administrative Offices, Croydon Hall, 900 Leonardville Road, Middletown, NJ 07748 between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.

"Ready To Ship" donations
If you want package your own donations into boxes that are ready to ship, please provide a complete inventory of every item in the box. This saves volunteers a lot of time unpacking, taking inventory for the custom form, repacking and taping the box.

Remember to pack the box tightly so it won't collapse when stacked. Finished boxes should weigh no more than 50 lbs.

Alcohol boxes and other packaging that depicts flammable or hazardous substance CANNOT be used for shipment.

Care Packages 101
Aersol (SPRAY) Cans CANNOT be shipped. Air fresheners must be a solid. Personal deodorants must be in solid form.

Batteries MUST still be in their original packaging.

Music, movies and video games MUST be in DVD format in order to be compatible with the equipment soldiers are generally using in Iraq for entertainment. No VHS or Casette tapes or old-school game cartridges, please.

It's best to leave individually wrapped items such as snack cakes in their orginal boxes. It's far more efficient to inventory and pack them into the big boxes. Every single item we send must be accounted for on the USPS Custom Forms.

While we appreciate the gesture, please remember to send only unopened hygience items.
